Fondée en 1731 et installée au Château de Beaune, la Maison Bouchard Père & Fils est propriétaire d’un prestigieux domaine de Côte d’Or en Premiers et Grands Crus. Château de Fargues is a wine estate (located in the Sauternes appellation) which has been in the Lur Saluces family since 1472. The gold wine produced there is a result of a complex alchemy between the vine and a microscopic fungus called Botrytis Cinerea, but also the work of human hands.
