Billag Information

As a modern service company, Billag AG takes care of more than three million customers. We specialize in processing large amounts of data and invoices. Each year, we send around 4.5 million invoices representing a total volume of more than 1.3 billion Swiss francs. We regularly inform the population about radio and television fees. For this end, we send 250,000 information letters and provide more than 200,000 field consultations every year. We receive one million customer enquiries per year - by post, e-mail, telephone and on our website. This represents between 4,000 and 5,000 contacts a day. Billag AG is a private company (100% subsidiary of Swisscom) with headquarters in Fribourg that employs around 230 people (approx. 180 full-time). We have been providing our services on behalf of the Swiss Confederation since 1998.
