As the Principals of the companies also have extensive finance and capital advisory backgrounds, Bilak & Kramer Capital is able to offer unique capabilities as a licensed intermediary financing company, and on a case-by-case basis as an equity partner. Bilak & Kramer Capital is able to procure some of the most aggressive debt, mezz and equity capital through its’ partnerships and primary role, actively financing the 2.5 million square foot portfolio of the Bilak Investment Company.
