Bikram Yoga St. Pete Information

At Bikram Yoga St Pete, our specialty is hot yoga. We offer Bikram Yoga, the "Original" Hot Yoga, which is designed to systematically stimulate and restore health to every muscle, joint and organ in the body, as well has hot Yin yoga for athletes, an excellent compliment to your current fitness routine. All of our teachers are not only certified instructors via the Bikram™ method, but also registered with Yoga Alliance™. Our classroom is over 1,100 square feet with state of the art sound equipment and heating, offers private change rooms and showers. We're located in the St. Pete Complete Fitness Center, the old post office behind Bert Smith BMW of off 38th Avenue N and 35th Street N, just west of Highway 275.
