About: Bigtruck Technologies Private Limited is a professionally managed company engaged in providing end to end IT-based services for road transport businesses. We have developed an interactive mobile application called Bigtruck App for facilitating road transportation and cargo shipment across India. This will act as a platform for end users, who are the Cargo Owners, Transporters or owners of Trucks, and other logistics service providers to interact and add value to each stakeholder in terms of quality of service and bottom line profits. Recently, with the rise of e-commerce platforms in a developing country like ours’, logistics is one of the fastest-growing sectors. Transportation and Logistics sector has a whopping 4.7% contribution to our GDP. Despite being so crucial in nature, it is highly fragmented and unorganised. There is no proper regulatory body to govern or control the industry. Logistics management still has loopholes and hence incapable of delivering its optimum. The sector has become antiquated and needs an immediate facelift. Considering these loopholes, Bigtruck, has come up with solutions which will cause the dawn of tomorrow’s trucking industry.
