Established in 2012. Owner / Pitmaster Tim Klingler has 25 years in the Hospitality Business. After visiting his brother in Atlanta, Tim fell in love with Southern BBQ and has spent the last 12 years perfecting his craft cooking for Friends and Family at Weddings and Holiday Parties. In 2012 he decided to turn his hobby into a business and has been busy serving Southern Pit BBQ to the masses ever since. Some of his returning clients are The Army National Guard 1st 293rd, Break & Run, Dawsons American Grill, Preferred Auto, and Vera Bradley. You may have also tried his food at The Allen County Fair, The Noble County Fair, the Northeast Indiana Bluegrass Festival, and ABATE of Indiana's Hawg Waller Party. Big Racks BBQ is also honored to help out some of the area's Charities and Non-Profit Organizations by providing food for Fundraisers. Some future events are already planned for The American Red Cross, The American Cancer Society, The Howe, Indiana Lions Club and more.
