Hong Kong-based Big Cat Group Ltd. (BCG) was founded by William Lyon in 2014, with an ambition to support exciting consumer brands grow in the region. BCG first acquired the exclusive franchise rights to develop Jamie Oliver restaurants across the Greater China region. Since then, BCG has opened three flagship Jamie’s Italian restaurants in Hong Kong and Taiwan, and the first Jamie’s Deli in Asia-Pacific. In 2017, BCG expanded its business to become the Brand Partner for the iconic British retail and hospitality brand Fortnum & Mason. BCG is responsible for managing Fortnum’s existing wholesale relationships with Lane Crawford, business development in the Asia-Pacific region and management support services for the establishment and ongoing support of their flagship store opening in Hong Kong. In 2018, BCG became Management Partner for a third brand, HAWKR. Founded by Ivan Pun and Jake Astor in 2017, HAWKR is a Southeast Asian “grab and go” concept with two outlets in Hong Kong.
