B.I.G. Capital LLC is a private investment firm focused on acquiring small to mid-sized software companies. We employ a non-traditional investment strategy targeting established companies that have exhibited either negative or low growth. We are long-term holders of companies. In addition to our capital investment, we provide management expertise to immediately and aggressively create value in these companies for all stakeholders. B.I.G. commits its experience and time to companies that, although have a strong product and stable client base, are having difficulty with growth. Specifically, we seek portfolio companies with the following characteristics: 1) negative to low growth, 2) established product and client base, and 3) high percentage of recurring revenues. B.I.G.'s partners have experience in a variety of transaction types including, turnarounds, corporate divestitures, start-ups, public and private companies. The partners have completed transactions and/or have management experience in several industries including software and technology, business services, manufacturing, telecommunications and e-commerce.
