Bien.io is an online service that provides data-driven health and fitness recommendations every day, before you even ask. Stay on top of what’s happening in your life habits by receiving notifications in your mobile phone. Bien.io collects data generated through your favorite tracker, fitness and location-based social apps (like Nike+, Runkeeper, Fitbit, Foursquare and more to come) and learns about your habits. You just need to connect your accounts through the service and we will do the rest. The service processes your data by using Big Data principles and generates recommendations based on foolproof habits validated by institutions like Health.gov, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) that will help you achieve wellness. Bien.io is "Google Now" for Health and Fitness. We want to be the common layer between wearables, fitness apps and the data generated by those items in order to transform it in meaningful information.
