bidmep is a London based Mechanical & Electrical pre-construction specialist consultancy offering turnkey services, founded in 2020. Our inception is to offer solutions for all construction stakeholders which aim to derisk, streamline and add value any project. We believe that a successful project is determined within the pre-construction phase. The earlier the engagement the better the opportunity to manage out risk and optimise the project. We work with local authorities, developers, Tier 1 & 2 contractors as well as mechanical and electrical sub-contractors. We have systems and processes in place that implement best practices, which are derived from lessons learned and make use of innovative advances to ensure a smooth delivery.
