Valentine has single-handily successfully sold 170 companies, of which 150 of these businesses were merged into the operating platforms of major corporations, private equity firms, and Fortune 500 multi-national firms. BIDCO Acquisitions has accumulated extensive experience and success in the sale of manufacturing firms and contracted service companies whose revenues are derived from contracted and non-contracted recurring income streams. Several of these companies' annual revenues exceeded $30 million. The depth of this experience has yielded higher efficiencies for representing & accomplishing the sale objectives of succeeding clients. Mr. Valentine's background includes extensive corporate management experience in strategic planning & business develop for U.S. and foreign-owned multinational corporations mainly in the international airline industry and medical products industry. He has earned a Bachelor of Science, cum laude, with a dual major in Marketing and International Business from the University of Southern California and a Master of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Hawaii. He also has done postgraduate work at the Sorbonne University in Paris, France. He is a former U.S. Army soldier - Honorably Discharged, as well as a former U.S. Air Force officer - Honorably Discharged.
