BI-Zen helps water companies, consultants and delivery partners better understand wastewater process performance and make more informed operational, engineering and investment decisions. We combine deep process engineering experience with high-frequency monitoring, data analytics and technical insight to build a clearer picture of how treatment assets actually perform — not simply how they were designed to perform. Our work bridges the gap between operations, engineering and investment planning. We help clients identify process constraints, reveal asset headroom, benchmark performance, understand risk and generate the evidence needed to support confident decisions. BI-Zen's agile Optimiser technology enables granular process data to be captured across treatment stages. But monitoring is only the starting point. Our experienced process team interprets what is happening, why it is happening, what it means and what should be done next. Our work spans process optimisation, commissioning, nutrient removal, process emissions, digital flow and load, compliance risk, asset performance and the evaluation of emerging treatment technologies. We currently support six of the UK's ten water and wastewater companies, alongside Tier 1 and Tier 2 delivery partners, across operational and capital programmes.
