BGL Credit Information

BGL Credit, Ltd., a collection agency, in Woodmere, New York, is a third party debt collection service. We handle both commercial and retail claims and we oversee claims almost anywhere in the world. Since 1979, we have provided exceptional services, for a variety of satisfied clients. Many in the debt collection field have a policy of "keeping the change. That is to say when a collection is successful for more than the amount originally claimed (due to interest, court costs and fees, etc., which the court may award), the creditor receives only a share of the mount originally referred for collection. In contrast, BGL provides its clients with actual copies of the judgments obtained, plus a complete accounting of all payments collected and monies disbursed. Our business has grown mainly by reccomendations from satisfied clients. We are our clients' trustees, and we take very seriously, what Chief Justice Cardozo said: "A trustee is held to something stricter than the morals of the market place. Not honesty alone, but the punctilio of an honor the most sensitive is then the standard of behavior."
