BGH Projects is opgericht met als hoofddoel de Retailer ondersteuning te bieden bij de uitdagingen in de operatie: - Het structureren van het ‘store opening proces’ in uw bedrijf; - Het beoordelen, verbeteren en standaardiseren van de winkelinrichting; - Managen en optimaliseren van de winkel Capex; - Inspectie van uw potentiele nieuwe locaties; - Coördinatie van uw winkelverbouwingen; - Het ontwikkelen van nieuwe winkelconcepten; - Het facilitair beheer van uw winkels. BGH Projects was founded with the main goal to support Retailers with their challenges in the Operations department, such as: - Structuring the “store opening process” in your company; - Asessing, improving and standardizing the store design; - Managing and optimizing the Store Capex; - Inspection of your potential new store locations; - Coordination of your store builts and renovations; - Developing new store concepts; - The Facility Management of your stores.
