Every panel identical to the last. Every vehicle certified on the first attempt. Beyonder is an Italian manufacturer of thermoformed ABS isothermal panels for refrigerated commercial vehicles. Based in Italy, the company operates two of the largest automated thermoforming lines in Europe, dedicated to the outfitting of vans, trucks, ambulances and motorhomes. Beyonder technology replaces traditional fibreglass processing with an automated industrial process, ensuring repeatability, full traceability panel by panel, and consistent thermal performance over time. ✔️ K coefficient = 0.30, 25% beyond the reinforced ATP threshold. ✔️ Operating temperature range from +20°C to -20°C with a single kit. Markets: refrigerated transport, retail distribution, pharmaceutical supply chain, automotive and marine sectors. Certifications: HACCP, ATP (vehicle approval on Stellantis X250 platform), ISO 9001, Certification from the Italian Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport No. 609/2024 for the serial production of insulated panels. Technology protected by an international patent portfolio.
