Beyond Your Block focuses on paving paths and developing career opportunities for minority students. We do this by cultivating student’s interest and access to the technology and UX/UI space through paid high-school internships. As a result, minority students gain experience and exposure in a field they may not have access to otherwise. In turn, our sponsoring partners promote a more diverse and equitable future workforce.
