The Human Rights Campaign serve as America's largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer equality. By inspiring and engaging individuals and communities, HRC strives to end discrimination against LGBTQ people and realize a world that achieves fundamental fairness and equality for all.
The Human Rights Campaign envisions a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people are ensured equality and embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.
The Human Rights Campaign and Human Rights Campaign Foundation exists to create a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ+) people in all of our intersecting identities realize systemic equality, equity and liberation in all aspects of life. We approach everything we do through a lens of inclusion and racial equity because our work cannot be completed until the most marginalized members of the LGBTQ+ community have achieved equality. Through the values we live day-to-day, our benefits package, as well as a hybrid work environment, we hope you will become a part of this movement. Are YOU ready to change the world?

The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and mental health organization for LGBTQ+ young people. The organization works to save young lives by providing support through free and confidential suicide prevention and crisis intervention programs on platforms where young people spend their time: our 24/7 phone lifeline, chat, text and soon-to-come integrations with social media platforms. We also run TrevorSpace, the world’s largest safe space social networking site for LGBTQ youth, and operate innovative education, research, and advocacy programs.

What We Do:
Facing History & Ourselves uses lessons of history to challenge teachers and their students to stand up to racism, antisemitism, and other forms of bigotry and hate.
Our classroom resources and professional development offerings examine racism, antisemitism, and prejudice at pivotal moments in history; we help students learn about the impact of choices made in the past, and connect them to the choices they will confront in their own lives. Facing our shared history and how it informs our attitudes and behaviors allows us to choose a world of equity and justice.
Our Values:
We create space for each other. We seek out and learn from diverse experiences and perspectives.
We are curious. We ask big questions, create connections, and dig into the complexity of our actions and behaviors, past and present.
We listen first and listen actively. We consider listening a practice and skill, not just an activity.
We act with empathy and kindness. We work to understand others and build a world where everyone feels they belong.
We stand up. We recognize injustice and speak up when we see it.
