Beyond Class Information

Beyond Class is an identity-first college preparation platform for students in grades 6–12, their school counselors, and their families. We built the Calling Archetype Framework™ — a proprietary psychometric identity assessment that identifies one of seven Calling Archetypes: Builder, Shepherd, Architect, Catalyst, Advocate, Cultivator, or Peacemaker. Each archetype comes with a personalized report that includes career and college matches, scholarships, five essay angles, three real-world projects, a shadow side workbook, a group dynamics guide, a parent conversation script, and a career readiness profile for the future of work. The framework is licensed annually to school counselors, who receive unlimited assessment access for their entire caseload, a Grade 6–12 counselor curriculum (six sessions per grade), and professional development materials. The sequence we teach is simple and overdue: Identity first. Then career. Then college. When a student understands who they are before they choose where to apply, every decision becomes clearer — the college list, the essay, the major, the path forward.
