beyond business school Information

Our ambition is to build the new generation of Romanian business leaders. The fast-track executive program has been designed to help ambitious entrepreneurs and managers take their careers to the next level. Beyond Business School launched in September 2023. Its co-founders are the entrepreneur and community builder Andra Ghibuțiu and serial entrepreneur Grégoire Vigroux. The school’s fast-track executive program lasts 10 weekends. Next cohort will start on January 2026, lasting until end of March, 2026. Beyond Business School is more than a school of management. It has been built, at its core, to become a strong and influential alumni community: "the beyonders." The business school’s motto is "Work hard. Network harder."
