Bev Jenner Constructions Pty Ltd (BJCO) is a privately owned and operated building and construction company specialising predominantly in architecturally designed renovation and new homes. Servicing from Brisbane to the Sunshine Coast, including North Stradbroke Island, BJCO strive to provide quality residential projects in good time frames and at reasonable costs to our clients. As second-generation builders and with long serving and experienced staff, we offer a wealth of knowledge to our clients and architects. Working closely with conceptual design on many projects, we are able to assist in achieving a desirable outcome for all parties involved. Generally we provide our clients with a negotiated fixed price contract, which enables the client, the transparency of understanding the cost breakdown and the security of a fixed price.
