Surf Life Saving is Australia's major water safety, drowning prevention and rescue organisation. Our primary role is to save lives on the beach and our 129 Surf Life Saving Clubs and more than 77,000 members in NSW, makes us one of the largest volunteer movements in Australia. Surf Life Saving NSW is a not-for-profit organisation which relies on community generosity including donations, fundraising and corporate sponsorship. Surf Life Saving is an inclusive and uniquely Australian movement which offers people young and old, the opportunity to make a difference, make friends and maybe save a life.

Life Saving Victoria's purpose is to save lives and empower communities to safely enjoy water. We employ more than 400 staff and our lifesaving clubs have more than 44,000 members – all of us working towards our purpose and vision. We work with communities, educational institutions, governments, businesses and the broader aquatic industry.

Royal Life Saving Society - Australia works to prevent drowning and facilitate healthy, active lifestyles by equipping all Australians with water safety skills.
