Better Separations Information

Beginning in April 2014, Better Separations is providing a regular monthly information seminar specifically designed to illuminate and make plain the choices available to people who have, or are about to, separate. Some of the topics to be covered are: What is the role of the lawyer, if not to litigate? How can non-legal issues be property heard, acknowledged, understood and taken into account when separating? What if there is an information imbalance (ie. finances) and what options are best place to assist people make informed, considered decisions? At a venue in Frankston that is close to public transport and has parking available, at a time that is outside the 9-5 working week, and at an affordable cost - without any expectation or further commitment - the Divorcechoices seminar series is an internationally practised service to assist people to make choices about their Divorce.
