Better Pathways is a mental health charity based in Birmingham. Established since 1963 supporting people with mental ill-health, poor physical health or neurodiverse conditions, on their pathway to recovery and employment. Working on a one to one basis the services include personal development plans to ascertain the person’s aspirations alongside intensive self-development, confidence building and employment coaching. We support people through our range of employment, education, training and volunteering services. Our social enterprises play a key role in people’s development, providing real work experience with structured work routines and industry specific training, enabling our clients to progress at a pace suitable for them.
