Founded in 2009, Bethune Development focuses on single-family and multi-family residential development projects. Our firm specializes in modern luxury contemporary design by incorporating advance technology with functional floor plans. At our core, Bethune Development, works within the community and we select properties that are distressed and could add value back to those communities by either renovating or repositioning those properties. Like a thread in a fabric, each project has a distinct connectivity to that community, to the people that make-up that community and ultimately the people that this project brings to a community.
