Located in Bistrița, a town of profoundly Saxon tradition, BETAK aligns with the tradition of Transylvanian manufacturers, famous in Europe for the top quality products compliant with the most demanding standards. From the legal point of view, BETAK S.A. [joint-stock company] was founded in 1992. Its activity was started in 1995 by commissioning a small manual electrogalvanization plant in a rented facility, with only one employee. Currently BETAK S.A. is a market leader in the production of lightning protection and grounding system components (galvanized steel strip, grounding electrodes, etc.), one of the leading manufacturers of Road Safety systems in Romania and manufacturer of various steel structures. The Company enjoys a good reputation thanks to its seriousness in customer relationships and special prestige thanks to the certifications obtained; its patents, designs and trademarks registered with OSIM (State Office for Inventions and Trademarks). The quality of the products and services is ensured through the application of procedures required by the environment, occupational health and safety integrated management system product specific standards.
