Beta Prep is a Canada-based fulfillment network providing Amazon FBA prep, FBM fulfillment, returns management, and storage. Since our founding in 2022 we have served over 8,000 sellers. Our 17,000 sq ft flagship warehouse in Toronto is supported by operations in Alberta, New York, Texas, Milton Keynes (UK), and Istanbul, with a team of 30+ full-time and nearly 40 part-time staff. Services: Amazon FBA prep (FNSKU labeling, polybagging, bundling, kitting, master carton creation, compliance inspection), FBM order fulfillment with integrations across Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, and eBay, Amazon FBA removals and customer returns processing, container unloading and pallet forwarding, and bin, shelf, and pallet storage. We operate on a flat rate model: fixed per-unit pricing, no hidden fees, no setup fee, and the first 7 days of storage included. Standard prep turnaround is 24 to 48 hours. Every client gets a dedicated account representative and a WhatsApp group with real-time photo documentation of every step. We hold zone-based shipping agreements with UPS, FedEx, Purolator, USPS, and Stallion Express across Canada and the US. The entire chain, from container unloading to Amazon FC delivery, runs through a single point of accountability.
