Our Therapists provide Individual, Family, Couples, Group Therapy, and Psychological and Neuropsychological Assessments and utilize an eclectic theoretical approach to therapy often drawing from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Interpersonal, Gestalt and other approaches. We view each patient as an individual and work to identify what may be the most therapeutic approach for them. Our goal is to help each individual make changes to improve their mood or stability, be more effective, achieve their goals, and ultimately live a more balanced and fulfilling life.
