Building Bright Futures (BBF) is a nonprofit organization working to improve the wellbeing of young children and families in Vermont.
Established by law through Act 104, we are Vermont’s early childhood public-private partnership that works to monitor the state’s early care, health and educational systems.
We advise the Administration and legislature on policy and systems improvements using a network of 12 regional coordinators and a State Advisory Council appointed by the governor. Operating at both the state and local level, we convene stakeholders and community members to ensure that needs and gaps in care are addressed.
Our goal is to strengthen Vermont’s early childhood programs and services to meet the diverse needs of our young children and families.

We are HVAC and sheet metal contractors, industry partners, and leading researchers. Our Foundation mission is very simple: We do everything we can to turn good ideas into solid research that will help give HVAC and sheet metal contractors a chance to grow as positive, knowledgeable partners in the construction process. For more than a decade, we have worked together to develop a cutting-edge research and education portfolio that is making this industry stronger, more efficient and more profitable. The New Horizons Foundation is very heads up and hands on in the way that we focus on our mission.
