Founded in 1986, Bermec gained always more experience in in the field of mechanical components.Our continuously increasing CNC-machinery contains equipment for turning, milling, drilling, welding and much more. Multifunctional machining centres enable entire processes on a single machine. Completed by qualified engineering techniques and staff, BERMEC accomplishes the most complex tasks with extreme quality standards. For these reasons today Bermec presents itself as a reliable partner in the supply of milled and turned parts on customers’ drawings under the know-how and the production ability acquired by working with clients from various application fields. The company operates its production activity within three shifts and Bermec is able to perform the following manufacturing processes: - Milling on CNC machining centres 3 - 4 - 5 axes - Turning on CNC lathes 3 - 4 axes - Tangential grinding - Milling and turning on traditional machinery - Assembly of mechanical components The mechanical parts are manufactured using different materials,like light alloys of aluminum, special steel etc. For the galvanic treatments and powder coatings we rely on local suppliers who can guarantee efficiency and quality in service and delivery.
