Founded in 1996 and incorporated in Victoria BC, we have nearly 30 years of helping organizations achieve excellence with an enduring emphasis on inclusion and building internal capacity in our clients. Our service lines include: Strategy Development and Execution, Leader and Team Development, and Business Process Improvement. Since 1996, Berlineaton has successfully engaged, face to face, with well over 20,000 people in hundreds of public, private and not for profit organizations across Canada. Working at all levels from Boards, CEOs, Presidents, and Deputy Ministers, to the shop floor and front-line, Berlineaton deeply understands large, complex, public sector and other organizations, their cultures, and the people who work with or interface with them.
