Berks County Chapter Information

The Berks County Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Association is chartered through the main Penn State Alumni Association andserves any Penn State Alumni in the Berks County area. However, you do not need to be a member of the Alumni Association to be a member of the Berks County Chapter. Membership is open to any alumni, family of alumni, faculty, staff, students, or friends of Penn State and many of our events are open not only to our members, but also to any Penn State Alumni or friends of the University. As a chapter, we feel strongly that we are a service organization. We are here to serve our fellow alumni andthe University, as well as our Berks County community. We also partner very closely with the Penn State Berks campus to support both their student and alumni activities. An alumni chapter typically does social events (happy hours, bus trips, tailgate parties, etc.), networking events, and service activities (community service, THON, etc.) to accomplish this goal.
