As an interactive and wholly electronic law review, BJESL presents a unique platform for rich discourse on legal topics regarding copyright, trademark, art, music, sports, film & television, communications & broadcast media, antitrust & unfair competition, and First Amendment & privacy, among others. BJESL’s editors invite prospective authors to submit articles via ExpressO or by email at bjesl@berkeley.edu. Articles are considered for publication on a rolling basis.
