Bergman Engineering provides forensic expert witness services for attorneys and insurance claims agents, as well as municipalities, developers, and planning entities. We work for both plaintiffs and defendants, maintaining an objective and balanced perspective. The concentration of Bergman Engineering's forensic expert witness services is civil engineering. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Premise liability/job-site safety • Construction defects • Accident reconstruction • Codes and standards/ADA compliance • Traffic and transportation • Highway and street design • Traffic engineering • Utilities construction • Storm drainage • Walkway surface evaluations • Concrete and asphalt pavement evaluations Our mission is to help clients understand the complexity of their case or claim so that they can make informed decisions. We desire to deliver the highest standard of work to our clients with fact-based assessments on the viability of the case or claim in question, ultimately saving them money and time. Our track record is one of a long record of accomplishments and success. Our history demonstrates that most cases we work on settle out of court or in arbitration. However, if the case does proceed to trial, we have been qualified and accomplished at giving testimony in court.
