Ms. Bennett has over 18 years experience in the healthcare industry and an extensive background in surgical services and research compliance. As a US Naval Intelligence Specialist she gained experience in logistics, strategic planning, IT and digital metadata management. Jill Anderson JD, Vice President Bennett ReGen, Jill offers strategic legal assistance on regulatory and compliance issues related to product development. Jill has significant experience advising clients how to structure and implement research organizations, models and strategic collaborations. She has drafted and negotiated hundreds of complex research agreements and plays a crucial role in identifying & mitigating regulatory and compliance risks related to research and development. She counsels clients on cutting edge issues involving clinical and translational research including personalized medicine, therapeutics, diagnostics, genomics, proteomics, cell regeneration, bio-repositories, research misconduct, fraud and abuse issues, anti-kickback laws and clinical trial disclosure and registration requirements. Jill is a partner in the Healthcare and Privacy & CyberSecurity practice groups at Moses & Singer. She was formerly an attorney with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and Partners Healthcare System (founded by Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital), where she focused on regulatory and compliance issues related to clinical research. Gail Daly, RN, MSA, PhD., Ethics Advisor, IRB Vice-chair, Clinical Ethics, Family Matters Support Services (FMSS) and Clinical Language Support Services (CLASS) Director at Oakwood Healthcare System. Dr. Daly has a Doctorate in Ethics and over 40 years of healthcare and nursing experience. She has held leadership positions with increasing responsibilities and has been awarded numerous business and clinical leadership awards. Janese Parent BSN, CRA IIJanese Parent is our Quality Assurance Manager. Janese has worked as Clinical Trials Office(CTO) IRB quality and for cause monitor and has worked closely with the FDA on for cause audits at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center. Quality Assurance Manager for Clinical Trials Compliance, Process Improvement, and Training for many years at Oakwood Hospital and Medical Center, and other Research Organizations. Janese has worked for many auditing and compliance companies as research monitor. Janese is a member of SoCRA, and supports and trains our research staff, handles regulatory, compliance, quality improvement programs, and monitors all data collection activities. Leeah Talbott BALeeah Talbott is our Lead Research Coordinator and Clinical Trails Manager along with Janese Parent, BSN. She has over 5 years' experience working as a Lead Research Coordinator in Bio-specimen trails. Leeah is responsible for training all medical residents in research and compliance. Leeah is also responsible for managing and training all BRI Research Assistants and staff.
