Bennett Associates assists clients become more effective and provides the skills to individuals and teams, necessary to keep themselves on a continuous improvement track toward their goals. Bennett Associates is a consulting firm that coaches leaders and comes alongside of their business teams to assist them to properly engage projects/initiatives that contribute to that company’s bottom line. In most instances, these are project teams resourced with some of the best and brightest people in their discipline. However, they have not had experience with executing a large project. Bennett Associates coaches these key people and suppliers with a methodology, processes, and behaviors that accelerates a project timetable and helps to ensure that the project is implemented on-time, within budget, meeting or exceeding their expectations. Perhaps most importantly, they are coached and developed as leaders. This is an important legacy we leave the client company.
