BENM.AT was founded in 2008 as a blog about Apple and my personal experience with iPhone. The initial idea was to have a notepad for myself where I write down tidbits, findings, technical details and tutorials regarding iPhone, since I am a bit forgetful. Since there were no real easy-to-follow tutorials about iPhone at the time, and many friends and family members kept asking me for support with their iPhone, I decided to put my notes online so other could benefit from my experience. The number of visitors grew rapidly and what was first a simple blog with tutorials and news turned into a internationally known website for iPhone users. I tried to cover all things I’m interested in and things I thought to be important, including providing support for users having problems with their iOS devices.
