Benefit Reflection is a leading provider of cloud-based benefits management Software as a Service (SaaS), administration, compliance and services. Benefit Reflection was established as a collaboration between an Insurance Brokerage, a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), Third Party Administrator (TPA), and a Software Company. Together we developed an unparalleled product for employee benefits enrollment, communication and compliance. Benefit Reflection was founded in 2014, but we began over 15 years ago as HR Ease founded in 2000. During the HR Ease life cycle, we serviced over 1,000 clients and over 100,000 employees. HR Ease was acquired by an insurance company in 2012 and once the commitment to the insurance company ended, the founders were free to begin again. Over the years of HR Ease and with the insurer, we wondered what we would do different when we begun again, unburdened by old technology and legacy design. Benefit Reflection is the result of our experience, reflecting back over years of system development, customer support and the advantage of the latest technology.
