Benefit Advantage (dba of Morgan & Franz Administration) has been a loyal business resident of the Inland Empire since 2003, when Mary Jane Weber, founding President, expanded the concept of Partially Self-Funded plans for small business. Benefit Advantage has developed into a multi-facetted employee benefit agency with a staff of 15. Our third party administration provides services to approximately 140 clients who include Taft-Hartley Trust accounts and independent small companies. Benefit Advantage has sustained its success and growth because our staff of professionals are proficient in applying the complex regulations that govern benefit plans. They are also highly competent in utilizing our specialized computer systems.
