Founded in 1998, BenCom has focused primarily on utilizing the latest technology and multimedia tools to offer leading edge employee benefits communication, brokerage and enrollment services. Over the years, we further enhanced our initial scope of services by offering an online benefits enrollment solution and online benefits administration system to employers, as well as offering face to face enrollment, call center enrollment and employee self serve enrollment services. We also provide benefits hotline services (provides employees with access to all benefit providers). Unlike our competition in this market, BenCom can provide enormous flexibility to the employer on how to fund this technology (can charge a fee or reduce or eliminate the fee by offsetting through insurance product commission sharing). We have already secured several large accounts (1,500 + employees). We are finding the addition of online capabilities, coupled with call center, is opening doors at large employers.
