Benchmark Architects is an architecture and design studio based in Milton Keynes, Bedford and London. We are a passionate and personable team, alive with creative and commercial design solutions and innovations. We love architecture and design and want to work with people and projects that creative, challenging and innovative architecture. We specialise in crematoria, multi-residential/PRS/student accommodation, bespoke homes and hotels. In fact, a range of public buildings including crematoriums and multi faith buildings, all things residential and hospitality from homes, houses, affordable housing, apartments, hotels, student accommodation, private for rent, restaurants bars and spas. We also love rethinking, remodelling and refurbishing listed, heritage buildings and unloved ugly-monsters, as much as we love designing and developing new-build 'clean canvas' building projects to suit your brief.
