Ben Stout Construction Information

Founder and President Benjamin Stout graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in business management, but after completing a summer internship in the construction industry for a company based in Fayetteville, realized his passion and came to Fayetteville, excited to enter into the construction field. Stout obtained a real estate broker's license and went to work representing buyers and sellers in various real estate transactions at the local ERA franchise. Stout was recognized for excellence in dollar volume and the number of units sold. During the course of Stout's employment, he began to inquire how homes were built in new construction neighborhoods. He went on to form Benjamin Stout Real Estate Services, Inc., where he began to flip houses while earning his North Carolina General Contractors License, in 2003. Since obtaining his license, Stout has worked diligently to increase and grow the company, earning his Unlimited License in 2012. The license is the highest level of certification that can be obtained and allows the company to build any size commercial or residential projects. Projects conducted by Ben Stout Construction range from custom homes and renovations, to commercial up-fits and new buildings. Stout has lived in Fayetteville for over a decade and takes pride in calling Fayetteville home. He strives to deliver an on-time, quality and fairly priced project. He loves seeing the projects improve his community and is excited about what the future holds. Stout serves his community by serving on the Board of Directors for the Fayetteville Association of HomeBuilders, as well as serving on various committees within the organization from 2012 until 2015. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the City of Fayetteville Zoning Commission, which allows him to help grow the city in the most responsible manner possible.
