This programme helps managers: ✅ recognise early signs of mental health challenges in themselves and others ✅ have safe, supportive conversations with confidence ✅ understand boundaries and responsibilities ✅ contribute to psychologically safer team cultures Available as a full-day workshop or two half-day sessions, suitable for UK and international teams.
