Bellator was founded in 2013 by Chuck Phelps and Scott Unclebach. Both having over 20 years previous experience in General Contracting. The recent addition of Garrett Unclebach, Scott’s son, brings his expertise from 6 years of high level project management in the SEAL Teams. Bellator is highly prepared and more than capable of completing any project “on time and on target.” Including a proven track record of completing mission critical work on time.
