Bell Rock Engineering is a privately owned and operated company established in 2010. We provide engineering and project management support to clients across the Industrial Building, Infrastructure, Marine Structures and Renewable Energy sectors of the Australian construction industry. Our vision is to provide effective, reliable and timely engineering support and advice to assist our clients in achieving their specific project and business goals. Our Engineering Manager Phil Cornish has more than 25 years' experience in managing various design and construction projects throughout Australia and Asia. Phil is well known within the construction industry for his strong leadership, innovative approach to issue resolution and knowledge and application of relationship contracting principles within project design and delivery phases. The Bell Rock Engineering team includes construction superintendents (with engineering and building expertise), project engineers, estimators and project schedulers. Our people are also supported by key industry partners that provide capabilities covering strategic management, project management, estimating and cost planning, as well as civil and building design work. These key partnerships have been developed over more than a decade of working together on major infrastructure projects across Australia. Through these, we provide our clients with a mechanism to ensure efficient and cost effective delivery of their required objectives. We have offices in Sydney and Adelaide and access to offices in Brisbane and Cairns through our partner companies. Our Clients have included Alstom Grid, Cement Australia, Consolidated Power Projects, Downer Engineering Specialist Projects Division, NewEn Australia, Oz Minerals, RE Power Australia, and SA Power Networks.
