Belgray, Inc. is a full service, civil works contractor specializing in dirt work, concrete work, underground utilities (water, sewer, storm), demolition, and landscaping. We are a fully bonded and insured contractor working for both public and private owners. Belgray, Inc. was founded in 2010 on the philosophy that a construction company could provide a high quality, cost effective and timely project without sacrificing safety or owner satisfaction. This philosophy holds true on each and every project we undertake, regardless of the size. Belgray, Inc. has achieved several certifications to assist us in our goals. We are an SBA Small Business contractor and an SBA Emerging Business. In addition to these, we have SBE status in the State of Ohio and the City of Dayton. Belgray's employees are the strength of the company. Even though we were founded in 2010, we have over 80 years of construction experience in all aspects of construction.
