We are where ancient wisdom (ayurveda and classical yoga) meet modern research - a practice founded by Tulsi and Sam Chase. Tulsi holds a Harvard Ed.M., spent five years running a clinical research center for yoga science at Harvard Medical School, and completed clinical training in ayurveda under Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute. Sam brings 2,000+ hours of classical Isha Hatha yoga training and a decade building tech companies. Together, nearly 6,000 hours of training from two of the most rigorous classical lineages in the world. The practices we teach are not what most people picture. It’s beyond what you'd get in a typical yoga studio, or a regular coaching session. Yoga, in its classical form, is a precise technology for the human system beyond body and mind. Ayurveda is a complete science of individual physiology. What modern neuroscience is finding in HRV research and chronobiology, these systems mapped thousands of years ago. We work with founders, creatives, executives, and leaders 1:1 and in small international retreats. Our next retreat is eight days on Japan's Izu Peninsula in November 2026.
