Dr Paula Beever and Ron Cookson have formed a professional partnership to offer consultancy services to discerning clients who recognise the value of strategic thinking and leadership in an engineering context. Both of us have considerable experience as Directors within major entities and have run large multi-discplinary teams of professionals on significant projects. Between us, Paula and Ron have lived and worked in Europe, the Middle East, South East Asia, Australasia, Africa, India and the USA. We offer strategic advisory services over a number of areas, which include: Regulatory advice on fire safety; Community education for fire risk reduction; Organisational development and resource allocation modelling; Organisational risk management; Project organisation and quality control; Project design reviews; Project information management; Investigations, technical problem solving and troubleshooting; Engineering staff mentoring. We are currently based in New Zealand, though planning to move to Europe within the coming year. We are in a position to undertake commissions internationally.
