BeeUp is a spin-off that empowers companies to successfully execute business transformations with the right people and the right organisation while further developing core competencies - strategically, structurally and culturally. We organise employees and pro-active people from outside the company to harness these core competencies, quickly achieve results on their own, bring in expert know-how from all over the world, and use it to develop outstanding capabilities that other companies can not copy. How do we do that? - We combine our specially developed method FSS(c) with crowdsourcing. With crowdsourcing, we increase the innovation power of our clients by bringing in experts from all over the interdisciplinary world (over 7000 experts worldwide). - We achieve the desired cultural change towards more (but not only) agility in transformation processes by involving employees on a broad basis and using the sprint technology known from IT. - We are committed to the balance between agile leadership and hierarchical leadership. - We question the boundaries of organisations.
