Using the power of AI, our web based platform analyses audio just like a radio producer would, seamlessly removing explicit words from music and providing timestamps to areas of wider editorial concern. Working to Ofcom standards, this includes references to sex, violence and drug use, with Beep AI understanding context, nuance, coded language, hidden meaning and subtext. Content is also cross checked against current news cycles, pending legal cases and historical events surrounding artists and content featured in the audio. Editors are given the opportunity to manually review areas of concern and make final decisions on the removal of content. All shows are accurately transcribed as standard and we can also provide music metadata in a format required for PRS reporting. Manual compliance work is time consuming and monotonous, taking producers away from the more creative elements of the job. Failure to do so however can lead to huge fines from Ofcom (£53.2M in 20022/23), reputational damage, loss of work and widespread ofense or harm to listeners.
