Bee&Butterfly is a team of people with a shared commitment: to address complex problems with our customers, so they can achieve their objectives in a fast and tangible way. "Think and act" is our way of addressing these problems. The balance between these two actions will depend on the nature of the problem, its evolution, the agenda of those involved and the pressure exerted by different variables involved, among others. Similarly, we do not start with a fixed plan, but we build a flexible agenda with all the factors that should be developed gradually and adapting to the coordinates of each moment. Strategy, innovation, organizational change and employee development are the areas we usually work in. For us, the generation of meaning is always a key factor for success: it is essential to analyze and act according to the shared values f the people in the organization. Any relevant project should be addressed taking into account the context and the position of people in relation to it. Only then change can happen. In this sense, communication is not another element in the process but the way to solve problems.
